Hi, according to Prestashop tables related to statistics, and unecessaries collected data we strongly recommend to uninstall following modules if you use an external analysis system like Google Analytics. Because some data will be redondant, and made the database growing with huge data!

• pagesnotfound
• statsdata
• statslive

And verify tables has been removed ps_connections, ps_guest, ps_connections_source.. if not delete them. You also have a lot of layered filters. May you have a very large catalog... But may be you can limit filters...
