alienrat Posted April 1 Share Posted April 1 I have two shops, both have been moved to a new VPS. Since the move, one shop works fine, the other one doesn't allow me to edit the combinations, the options don't show at all under the combinations tab I tried adding a new product with combinations, that worked fine until I went back to that product and tried adding it to a category and I got an error message that said the changes could not be saved. I just went back now and it's happy with that. But the combinations on my original listings are still blank like on the photo attached What could have broken? How could we get around this? __________________________ I run prestashop 8.2.0 and we've just applied all the updates but nothing seems to fix this. Server information: Linux #1 SMP PREEMPT_DYNAMIC Debian 6.1.128-1 (2025-02-07) x86_64 Server software version: Apache/2.4.62 (Debian) PHP version: 8.1.30 _________________________ Any help would be greatly appreciated. alienrat Posted April 1 Author Share Posted April 1 Yes, cleared browser cache but it happens on two different machines and from searches on the web, it seems to be a problem that dates back a few years, many suggestions but I have not found anything that fixes the problem.
