0 apparition of me as a seller on google shopping product page

Hello,

I am the owner of the website Sabelle Cosmetics, an online store specializing in haircare product sales. We have been using Google Ads through Google Merchant Center for several years to promote our products, and recently, we integrated a repricer, BoostMyShop, to optimize our pricing on PrestaShop.

The repricer is already working well, but it could work even better if we appeared as a seller on Google Shopping pages, which is not currently the case.

While our ads are visible in the countries where we run advertising, an issue persists in certain regions. For example, in Belgium, we appear for some products, but in France, we do not appear at all under our name Sabelle Cosmetics.

We’ve already contacted Google, but their team was unable to provide us with a solution.

I’m reaching out to the community to ask for advice on how to ensure our site appears everywhere as a seller on Google Shopping, particularly in France. We have an IT specialist, but they have not been able to resolve the issue so far.

Make sure all your products are included in the feed and meet Google Shopping requirements. For example, check elements like product titles, descriptions, categories, prices, and availability information.
