Subscription to Multistores???

I'm brand spanking new to PrestaShop and wonder if anyone can confirm if its possible to use multistore shops as membership sites thru-which members are able to sell products?

In my scenario I've purchased a multivendor module and will allow members to pay to upgrade to become vendors and sell products in their specific store. In addition, I've enabled & created multiple multistores in specific niche categories. Each multistore is assigned to a store group and a root category, and under each root category I plan to add the sub-categories specific to that store. 

Example:
- mysite.com/lifestyle 
- mysite.com/automotive
- mysite.com/holidays

Vendors
Vendors would be able to access some channels for free and can also opt to pay a monthly fee to access and use certain store as 'channels' thru-which to upload products specific to that channel for the purposes of generating organic traffic to their store (vendor shop). 

In my search I've come across modules that allow subscriptions to be placed on Products.
Example: Prestashop Subscription Products (webkul store)

My focus is on the sign-in process for the multistore site.

Sure, just select shop context and create the category o sub-category.
