Error 500 when creating an account

I have an error 500 when creating an account. what can i do?

It's a server issue. The server has disabled the proc_open function. 

Try contacting the server support OR following error instructions i.e.  

Warning: Function proc_open() was disabled by the domain protection module. Disable domain protection for this domain in the Server Panel to use this function. in /var/www/html/waf/domain_protection/function_warning.php on line 25

Edit the file i.e. /var/www/html/waf/domain_protection/function_warning.php & check the same.
