I accept discounts for blue light cards (armed forces and NHS Discount)

But how do online shop owners deal with the card and discounting, as the only way I can s is if they purchase an item you have to refund them, or they have to contact you first before buying , but that could lead them to getting the product elsewhere

If you want to automate the verification process:

Blue Light Card has an API, but it is not public.

• You'd need to contact them for integration details.
• A developer can build a PrestaShop module to verify Blue Light Card users.
