Really slow manual image uploading

Prestashop 1.7.7.1 (deleting PS cache didn't solve the issue)

VPS Server:

8GB of RAM

4 CPU cores

LiteSpeed is running (already tried to delete cache and restart it)

 

PHP values:

memory_limit 1024M

max_execution_time 10000

max_input_time 10000

post_max_size 128M

upload_max_filesize 128M

 

IT man from hosting company here. I am having this issue for a month, whenever the clients try to upload images manually to add Products these uploads take more time than they should. The images they always upload are most of them smaller than 100KB, 1MB occasionally. Internet speed is more than enough and already tried from several different web browsers with no luck. Server resources and performance is great, this issue is the only slow thing.

Any idea of what can we do or check? We haven't been able to find many related posts to this kind of issue.
