I need a little help. 

I'm setting up a new store and emails and other pages say "My shop" instead of the real name of the online store. I searched Google and this forum and found several options, but it didn't work. How or where can I adjust this? The solutions I have already found do not work.

- Store config > Contact > Store 'tab' didn't work
