I'm setting up a new store and emails and other pages say "My shop" instead of the real name of the online store. I searched Google and this forum and found several options, but it didn't work. How or where can I adjust this? The solutions I have already found do not work. - Store config > Contact > Store 'tab' didn't work Using 8.2.x Thanks! It's in the BO so it's not very disturbing. Knowband Plugins Posted February 27 Share Posted February 27 Opps!!! Seems bug in the Prestashop. If multistore setup is disabled then there is no option to change the SHop title. You can change the Store title from the Store config > Contact > Store 'tab'. I have checked the same at my end & able to replicate the same.
