Raquel_00 Posted February 24 Share Posted February 24 Instalamos un tema en un prestashop totalmente limpio, pero cuando he querido subir el tema child para poder hacer cambios, me da el error adjunto. Hablé con los desarrolladores del tema y me dijeron que era un problema de prestashop y no supieron ayudarme ya que pasa con cualquier tema que instales. Además de eso, en las páginas cms no me deja añadir <iframe>. Probé a añadir un iframe vacío pero me ocurre lo que véis en la otra imagen adjunta. No mee dice ningún error concreto ni con el modo debug activado así que no sé muy bien qué puede estar fallando. En la consola puedo ver que da un error forbidden 403 pero no sé a qué se debe. ¿Alguien puede ayudarme? Gracias! Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I spoke to the theme developers and they told me it was a Prestashop problem and they couldn't help me since it happens with any theme you install. And how can I change it? because I would need to add youtube videos to my cms pages. And about the theme, I upload it via FTP, but when I click on "use this theme" is when I get the error.
