Internal network IP addresses

Hello,

between my visitors i often see some IP addresses which i check on google if its a bot or not and the page where is check it it says: "XY" is a private IP address, and is only used in internal network environments. Any abusive activity you see coming from an internal IP is either coming from within your network itself, or is the result of an error or misconfiguration.

What should i do with it, if at all i should do anything? sometimes there are 10-20 entry after each other from this IP?
