Input field for discount coupons is not displayed and coupons cannot be added to the shopping cart

Hello everyone,

I have the following problem:

As soon as a product is in the shopping cart, the customer can no longer display the input field for discount coupons and accordingly cannot apply any coupons. As soon as the shopping cart is empty, the field is displayed after clicking on “Do you have a coupon code?” and you can enter a code, which of course cannot be used due to the lack of content in the shopping cart.

I have already come across an old entry in the forum where I was advised to search the database for “PS_CART_RULE_FEATURE_ACTIVE” and check the value “1”. I did this and the value was already set to “1”.

It's a theme issue, not the Prestashop issue. 

The JS is not able to display the coupon field present on the page (Basically collapse/expand option is not working).

Contact the theme developer for the same.

I have already contacted the developer of the theme several times, but I have not received a reply for some time. The developer's website is also no longer accessible. I was therefore hoping that someone here might be able to help me.
