Problems during checkout process.

Hello.

In my website, please click here, I have enabled the "Minimum purchase total required in order to validate order" option, and it's giving me some problems.
When I try to go to the next step during checkout process, the menu top bar brakes down.

I have attached the module for tests.

Could somebody help me please?
