Module Cash on delivery with order summary - charging different amounts on different languages

For some reason the specific module (Module Cash on delivery with order summary) is adding two zeros (00) to the cod fee we setup in the module settings on the secondary language of the website . 

The basic language is Greek and the setup fee is 2euros

In the secondary language (English) the fee is 200 euros!!! 

 

Prestashop Version 1.7.8.8 

Module version : 2.1.6

Any ideas what is causing this issue?
