Sending order to administrator instead of regular checkout

Hey,

I'm using Prestashop 8.2.0.

I want to have a non-standard checkout flow in my eshop which would go like this:

  1. User adds any wanted products to cart
  2. User fills out order information (e.g. shipping address, contact info etc)
  3. User click on submit button
    1. Instead of payment window order would be sent to store administrator
    2. Store administrator calculates shipping fee or any additional information and sends PDF invoice to the customer (can be manually by email)

Is it possible to do this with prestashop? Any suggestions?
