Pillepalle909
Hello everyone, For a few days now I have had the problem that I could no longer log in to the backend with Chrome and am still trapped in a login loop. I then selected Firefox as an alternative and was able to log in directly, which still works. However, I can't open the shopping carts submenu in Firefox - I end up on the login screen again and can no longer log in with the redirection to the shopping carts specified in the URL. All other pages of the backend can be opened without any problems. When I log in to the back office with the Edge browser, I can open all pages including the shopping carts and do not end up in the backend login loop. I have already tried the following to get back on top of the situation: - I have cleared the cache. - I have emptied the three tables with the title “connections” in the database. - I have emptied the ps_cart table in the database. - I have replaced the files from the download of version 8.2.0 with the data on my server under controller/admin/. - I have deleted the browser cache of all browsers. - I have activated the debug mode, but I am pushed to the login screen without an error message. I am using version 8.2.0 with PHP8.1 on a VPS with a mariaDB. I am at my wit's end and hope that some of you know the problem and have already been able to solve it. Prestashop Addict
Il y a 1 heure, Pillepalle909 a dit : - I have emptied the ps_cart table in the database. If you have placed orders, this will produce error, only empty or not ordered carts can be deleted from this table 😞 By the way can you try to access with incognito mode in browser. If it works, clear browser cookies

If it works, clear browser cookies I have checked my orders and it looks like everything is fine so far. Good to know for the future anyway. Thanks. It seems to be working again. It looks like nginx caused some problems, which also affected the shopping cart page. Doesn't make sense to me, but now it's working again.
