In the back office the customer service messages (Main Menu > Customer Service > Customer Service) have stopped. The last was December 31st 2024. Before this everything was OK. I have sent a few test messages but they do not show. I have tried to filter the search results by date but this makes no difference. No messages are showing since 2025 started.
