AcidLava Posted January 9, 2025 Share Posted January 9, 2025 Hello, Following an update to PS 1.7.8.11 (PHP 7.4), I can no longer update the status of orders; the button remains greyed out. Also, you can try this by clearing the browser & PrestaShop cache.
