Unable to access backend of Website

We have this website, https://lockoutstation.co.uk, and we have been using prestashop for the backend management of the site, however for some reason the link to the back end now shows as not working. Can anyone assist with this?

What does it mean it doesn't work? Do you have any errors?
Are you sure you are using the folder with the name that you see via FTP?

Hi,

If the backoffice URL is correct,  you can edit the /config/defines.inc.php file, and change "false" to "true" to enable the debug module, that will show some error messages on the backoffice.

If the PrestaShop backend link is not working, ensure you are using the correct URL and try accessing it in an incognito browser. Verify that your hosting is operational, the SSL certificate is valid, and the admin folder is correctly named and present on the server. Check server error logs and enable debug mode in the defines.inc.php file to identify issues. Clear the cache by deleting the contents of the var/cache folder, and verify the domain settings in the ps_shop_url table of the database. If the problem persists, contact your hosting provider for assistance.
