HEllo,

It worked at least partially, then I have got a message :

restart required , disabled due to security reasons.

and now If I can try to issue :

modules/autoupgrade/cli-upgrade.php --dir=admintest82 --backup=0

I get
bash: modules/autoupgrade/cli-upgrade.php: Permission denied

HEllo,

I have tried to issue

php modules/autoupgrade/cli-upgrade.php --dir=admintest82 --backup=0

but still does backup on files. I have raised also bug on git.

IF you have other ideeas plase share
