Gfinfo web
I havve some installations that i look after for some clients. And when i active the cache on these instalations of prestashop the site goes down. Just the front office. Back office works normally. Any one has an ideia about whats going on? Divine
Hello, which cache do you enable and how do you enable it (which parameters) ?
Gfinfo web
Sorry for the late reply. This is the cache configuration: Thank you for any inputs you guys have.
Divine
Don't enable caches like MemCache, they are known to cause many issues. Just enable Prestashop default cache.

Divine
No you did well. It can take a little time for the previous cache to empty. Try to clear your browser cache and Prestashop one. Edited January 27 by Divine (see edit history)
