Rajesh KG Posted November 26, 2024 Share Posted November 26, 2024 I use a marketplace connector and when I receive and order from an extarnal marketplace the order should be send to prestashop. IThis is not working and the marketplace connector receives this error: Error adding the order to the store: Api Error: 500: HTTP/2 500 errors: If I activate debug mode in the backend of prestashop it works correct. I dont see any errror then. How can I fnd out what can be the reason of this error. I also deactivated all non prestashop modules, but still the same Any help?
