Glavni Posted November 22, 2024 Share Posted November 22, 2024 Hello, I would like to give the supplier of a new module access to my Presta shop ver. 1.7.6.6. I have added a new Super Admin and created a password. I have also added their IP addresses to the whitelist in the settings. I can log in from my computer, but the developers cannot and get this message: Status: Connecting to 212.44.101.96:21... Status: Connection attempt failed with "ETIMEDOUT - Connection attempt timed out". Error: Could not connect to server What else do I need to set up so they can log in?
