Issue with Order Confirmation and User Registration — Page Freezes

Hello! I’m facing an issue on my PrestaShop site.

Problem Description:

After clicking the “Confirm Order” button, the page freezes without displaying an order confirmation. The user isn’t sure if the order went through.

A similar issue occurs with new user registration: the page doesn’t fully load after data submission.

Technical Details:

PrestaShop version: 8.1.1.
