peranders Posted November 6, 2024 Share Posted November 6, 2024 I'm in the process to upgrade to PS 8 latest version. Is it wise to do it now? Do you experience decent stability? One of the USP's for me is a noticable faster version. (The reason why I don't use 1.7.8.11 is that I bumped into troubles when I upgraded so I have stayed with the version I have) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
JBW Posted November 7, 2024 Share Posted November 7, 2024 Issues with newer version are usually caused by incompatible modules or themes, so make sure you have the newest versions available. Furthermore try the upgrade on a test instance/clone first and test it very carefully before doing it on the live version.
