Your problem is linked to your htaccess, go to the Traffic and URL menu to uncheck the simplified url option of the site, validate this configuration, check the option again then validate again.
If that didn't help, maybe you should check other settings in htaccess? I've heard that sometimes the problem can be related to incorrect redirect rules.
