I can't upload images

Hello, I would appreciate help with the following: My client gave me remote access to the BACK-OFFICE of his store, to help build some templates. I have built the template but I cannot upload images, the File Manager stays on the Elements Creative loading screen and I cannot move forward, the window to select files does not appear. I don't know what could be happening, if anyone can advise me I would appreciate it.

Hi @MarceloBeni

Did you manage to find out what has caused this issue with the images? Im facing the same problem. I have already reached out to the module developer but haven't got any response yet.
Thanks in advance!

Hi @vajo261We didn't discover the source of the problem. The solution was to log in with the username and password of the original store administrator, and then I was able to manage the images without any issues. The original administrator was the one who gave me the username and password to access the store, and I had the same administrator level as him, but I couldn't manage the images. I could only do so with his credentials. I hope it's useful and works for you, please let me know.
