MarceloBeni
Hello, I would appreciate help with the following: My client gave me remote access to the BACK-OFFICE of his store, to help build some templates. I have built the template but I cannot upload images, the File Manager stays on the Elements Creative loading screen and I cannot move forward, the window to select files does not appear. I don't know what could be happening, if anyone can advise me I would appreciate it.

vajo261
Hi @MarceloBeni Did you manage to find out what has caused this issue with the images? Im facing the same problem. I have already reached out to the module developer but haven't got any response yet. Thanks in advance!

The solution was to log in with the username and password of the original store administrator, and then I was able to manage the images without any issues. The original administrator was the one who gave me the username and password to access the store, and I had the same administrator level as him, but I couldn't manage the images. I could only do so with his credentials. I hope it's useful and works for you, please let me know.
