webprog
Hello, try to: Navigate to the Email Templates Folder: Access your PrestaShop files via FTP or your hosting file manager. Go to the directory: /mails/. Find the Relevant Email Template: Inside the mails folder, locate the email templates that relate to stock notifications. Depending on the language you are using, the folder may be named something like /mails/en (for English) or /mails/[your_language_code]. Look for the file that contains the "Out of stock" message. It might be named something like out_of_stock.html or out_of_stock.txt. And clear cache.
webprog
Or: Update the Subject Line in Translations: Log in to your PrestaShop admin dashboard. Go to International > Translations. Select Email templates translations and choose the language for which you want to modify the email. Look for the relevant "Out of stock" email and change its subject to "Low stock". And clear cache.
