The discrepancy between the conversions on the website and those in GA4/Gads/FB

Hello,

We have the prestashop version no. 1.7.8.2

I have installed GTM and GA4/Gads/FB pixel, but we see that there is a very large discrepancy between the number of orders on the website and that of Google Ads/Analytics and Facebook.

I have tested both on mobile/desktop to see if GTM/Conversions are ok installed and seem fine.

Have you experienced this before?
What solutions do you recommend?

Hi, we noticed a lot of differences with GA4, ADS, certainly due to cookies blocker, vpn, or proxy. For Google Ads we created a module that track the ckid in url, to have reel statistics. If you add parameters to ADS url in your adds you can get which campaing, and which keywords.
