Webservice giving 405 error on new API key.

I have two webservice API keys setup. One is working but the new one I just created does not work and reports a 405 error.

They are configured exactly the same way and I don't understand why one works and the other not.

The only difference between the two is the first one was created when the shop was in version 1.6. This is now version 8.1.7.

I was initially doing this to use Parcel2Go connection. This is where I noticed the second key was failing. So I then tested a simple script with PrestaShop-webservice-lib and the results are the same. (not sure I need to post the code as I don't think the issue is from the code since it does work with the first API key).

It feels like maybe the webservice would need a restart to honour the new key but I don't know if this is something we do?

Any idea why?

I have attached the dump of the webservice_account table. (key being blanked obviously).

Any help will be much appreciated.

Solved. The permissions table is actually a long list. Scrolling down I realised some viewing permissions were missing.
