Problem email reply in customer service

Hello,

I set up IMAP in customer service and there's error when I reply to the customer, he doesn't receive the answer

Thre's this error in logs:

Swift Error: Expected response code 250 but got code "550", with message " SMTP; Client does not have permissions to send as this sender "
