Rob89
Hi, I have a problem with the PayPal module (202-ecommerce). The order status is always stuck on "Awaiting PayPal payment," and it never changes automatically. I've tried both with and without webhooks, but the issue persists. I'm using Prestashop version 8.1.5 and PHP version 8.0. Any ideas on how to solve this?
SeifF
Hello, Thank you for reaching out to us. Here’s a quick checklist to resolve the "Awaiting PayPal payment" issue: Check Configuration: Ensure API credentials are correct. Webhook Setup: Verify webhooks are correctly set in your PayPal account. Payment Logs: Look for errors in PayPal logs and PrestaShop logs. Test Payments: Create test orders to see if the issue persists. Update Module: Make sure the PayPal module is up-to-date. Reinstall Module: If necessary, try reinstalling the module. Review Settings: Ensure PrestaShop payment settings are correct. If it’s still not resolved, consider contacting the developer of the module to check with him, please. Have a nice day.
