Translation does not work

I can't translate either the themes or the administrative part..

the right side is inactive 

i tried to update version prestashop, but it didn't help..

pls help 

 

with module translate everything is fine..

Hi,

If the translations are not working through the back office, you can manually edit the translation files.

For themes: Edit the themes/your-theme/lang/{language_code}.php file.
For admin: Edit the app/Resources/translations/{language_code}.php file.

the themes is not in the directory

For example, the path might be themes/your-theme/translations/en.php.
