Product list in back office displaying only 20 item per page

Hello,

The Product list in my back office displaying only 20 items per page, when click to choose the other numbers, the page doesn't react at all.

I tried to change default pagination to 300 

/classes/controller/AdminController.php
 /** @var int Default number of results in list per page */
    protected $_default_pagination = 300;

And even uploade to override folder, but it doen't help.

Please can anyone tell me ow to solve this issue?

Hi, why change the code? When you change the value it's saved in cookie, so when you come back in BO your choice is used.

Thank you for your reply. My issue is that even if I have changed the value, in BO it still list only 20 per page. Nothing has changed.

I add eaxct the same AdminController.php to /override/controllers/admin. I'm not sure if it's correctly override.

Delete it, and clear cache

Very strange. When I delete it, I got

I have to restroe it and the website works again.

When you delete an override directly you have to delete var/cache/prod or dev

I'm unable to locate the file in these folders. Sorry, I'm very amateur.

Hello, I appreciate your advises. I have deleted those two files (var/cache/prod & var/cache/dev), but the issue remains. This is really very strange. Any more ideas?

Hi,

• Kindly enable debug mode in Prestashop to see if any error messages are being generated.
• Also check that there are no other overrides or custom modules conflicting with the pagination functionality.
