khaledsallem Posted February 22, 2024 Share Posted February 22, 2024 hello, i have a problem on my prestashop site version 1.7.8 which is on a remote server now. although it's been working fine for 2 weeks now, i woke up today with a 500 error, i can't access the back-office and i've activated the debug mode to true but i still haven't found the problem, i've increased max-execution-time to 300 but still nothing! can someone please help me?
