I saw a solution that is to set Gtin [identifier_exists] to no Where have do I set it? The solution comes from this link:https://support.google.com/merchants/answer/6324478?hl=en#zippy=%2Cproducts-without-gtins-mpns-brands but I don´nt Know where to do this... If I set the gtin and MPN empty in the modul, this is what it happens: Prestashop didn´t send the products cause is missing the gtin... Someone can help me? robol Posted January 19, 2024 Share Posted January 19, 2024 Same situation in my store - products won't upload to Google because of no GTIN number. After setting the brand and MPN for all my products only 10% of them were accepted by the module. Could someone help? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
