Here is the proper solution:

Uninstall the module "PrestaShop Edition Basic", it will be fixed. :)
If you see, it's already disabled so you do not need it.

Here is the proper solution:

Uninstall the module "PrestaShop Edition Basic" but do not delete the module files. than reinstall it. Everything will be fixed. :)
