I always solve my problems in this forum just by doing a little search but I can't find any solution for this problem..

I attach a video because it's easy to understand but basically when I'm in the admin login page and after changing the penguin image that comes back when I put my mouse over the login button..

I can see that in my phone to, and if I fail the log in the penguin apperas again..
