Hello,
I'm using PS 1.7.8.10 and the ps_linklist module seems to not allow me to drag and drop blocks to rearrange their order (the cursor pointer does not change). If you want more options to customize content blocks, you can refer to other free or paid modules on the PrestaShop Addons Marketplace.
