Hi.

There are three things to check.

1. In the ps_shop_url table, change the e-shop url and subdirectory

2. in the SEO & URL settings administration, turn off and then turn on url rewriting

set Friendly URL to No and save / set Friendly URL to yes and save

3. rename and then delete the ./var/cache/prod folder on FTP
