The solution with clicking on read information works.

Actually u can do the same if you go to marketplace and search for the module and from there upgrade.

That informations button actually connects to the marketplace.

BUT it should not be like this. The button upgrade in the module manager should work correctly.

Someone from prestashop should check it and maybe update some core module that is responsible for this task.
