The content of the module is displayed in the cart class, under the checkout-step section. This action breaks the template.

How to move the module code to under the cart section?

you can check if module allows you disply it in another hook, and move it there. If not you must make changes in module or in your theme to move it by managing hooks position in tpl file of your theme or by adding new hook to module and theme.
