daniele dexter
Hi everyone, I have an interesting question, which I haven't been able to find an answer to yet. Prestashop allows me to view prices with or without taxes based on the country of the customer. Now I have a problem with discounts. I have added tax-inclusive discounts to some products. Example: on item X I put a €50 discount on its base price (taxes included) of €120, so the final price after the discount is €70. With a Chinese address, I see the prices excluding taxes, so product X has a base price (without taxes) of around €100, but a discount of €50 is still applied, so the final price after the discount is €50. This thing is not good, because in countries excluding taxes I see greater discounts in proportion to those with taxes included (precisely on the same items). I don't know if I explained myself well. At the moment I could add a country-specific discount, but I don't want to have to do it for every product and for every country. I have about 4500 products, if there are about 200 countries, it would mean entering about 900,000 discounts, it is not humanly possible to do this. I hope someone can really help me Thank you
idnovate.com
Which is your PS version? It could be just a visualization bug, where the €50 discount is always displayed with taxes. You could finish the order in both cases and check if the totals are correct.

I have version 1.7.7.5, but it's not a display bug, because orders have been placed with incorrect amounts
s4lvozesta
Do you mean you put Specific Price on a Product (Pricing tab) with "Apply a discount of" chosen as Tax Included ? I am afraid your solution is the best I could think of. Maybe use SQL to quicken the process?
