wrong deduction quantity and size

Hi. My english is not very good but i try to explain my problem. I build one website : nipeshoes.gr and my problem is:

For example:

I have one product size 36 with 2 quantity and the same product has 37 size 3 quantity, when some customer buy size 36, in my backoffice remove from product size 37. In my orders backoffice is correct but the quantity from product to remove is wrong. Can i have some help?

I use prestashop 1.6 and php7.4
