enmoderugby Posted July 28, 2022 Share Posted July 28, 2022 Hi, I just migrated from Prestsahop 1,6 to 1,7. I have installed Ruffle on 1,6 and all was running perfectly. I do exactly the same on PS 1,7 but I have a « 403 - You don't have permission to access this resource. » https://www.enmoderugby.com/img/logiciel-creation-ballon-rugby/dessinez-votre-ballon-de-rugby.html Does anyone get an idea ? Caroline Harper Posted January 6 Share Posted January 6 This usually happens because of permission or path changes after the upgrade. In 1.7, some folders under img or modules may not be accessible the same way as in 1.6. Check file and folder permissions and make sure the files are readable by the web server. Also clear cache and confirm that friendly URLs or .htaccess were regenerated after the migration. Once permissions and paths are correct, the 403 error often goes away.
