Hello.
I have a strange behavior on my shop:
customers place orders selecting COD(cash on delivery) or other payment method and sometimes (random, i cannot find a common thing) orderstatus is changed automatically to Payment error instead of default "In process". Does not matter if the product is on stock or not. Does not matter the value or number of products.
does somebody have this issue?
PS 1.7.8.4; PHP 7.4
EDIT:
Just found a pattern and must be cumulative (both must be checked):
- order value must be x.xxx (above 999)
and
- payment method COD (cash on delivery)
i already reinstalled from presta the COD module, cleared cache. if i order is bigger then 999 and we select payment with wire, all ok. if order is below 999 and select COD all ok.
Any ideeas?
