Yes i follow the php version, but i can see them in cart, but not in orders.
I think i need to enable extension php_intl

Something else that is strange is that in my ps_cart the last id_cart is : 49220
and in my ps_cart_cart_rule the id_cart is 48687

Shoud thy dont be same id_cart.

And in the ps_orders_cart the id_order is : 9233
and in ps_orders the id_cart is: 9302
