I had the same issue and it turned out to be a conflict with one of my custom modules. After disabling it, the payment methods loaded fine. If anyone’s using extra modules like customizable subscription billing services, double-check their compatibility—especially after any core updates. Sometimes clearing cache and switching to the classic theme temporarily also helps figure out what’s breaking things.
