I am based int he UK, and have everything set up for just the UK.
My customers cannot choose a shipping option as it has this error:
Unfortunately, there are no carriers available for your delivery address.
There are 3 carriers, all set for the UK.
Why is this not working? (PS 1.7.7.8 - no additional shopping modules)
