How to make pack of products with combinations/sizes ?

I'm looking for a hint or some module that would allow to do pack of products who have sizes.  

By default, prestashop forces to select a specific attribute when creating a product set, such as color or size. I would like customers to be able to choose it for themselves. 

e.g. set of cap + gloves - the customer should be able to choose both sizes 

I would appreciate any hints.

I know exactly what you mean and I'm struggling to find a product pack / combination fix or module for Presta, that now only shows and depletes stock accordingly but also shows each product listed on the invoice so the warehouse can pack each item. 

Did you find something that ticked your boxes? I've tried a few and they didn't work with combinations.
